Our Basic Education programs help school age children develop literacy
Way back in 1964, when Smt. Ratan devi Mohta, one of the Mandal's foremost committee members intiated Adarsh Vidyalaya, it was a small step towards a big change. As women and mothers themeselves, Mandal's first genration of change makers set out to transform the future of the less fortunate children. The purpose was clear: to give them an equal opportunity to learn, grow and have a future as bright as their own children.

Reading beyond curricullum helps shaping imagination. Our in-house library is well-equipped with thousands of books ranging from story books to inspiring autobiographies.
As the world goes digital, Computer training becomes imperative to be able to apply learning at work.
It’s imperative to inculcate social, human and cultural values in children at a very young age. Nandan, our ‘Baal Sanskar Kendra’ imparts moral and ethical value education in children from the slums through creative activities.
Primary education goes a long way in a building a child’s future. We run a BMC aided, Hindi medium Primary school to give less fortunate children from the neighboring slums, an access to quality education
Healthy competition is necessary to inculcate the spirit of sportsmanship in children. We encourage and prepare our students to participate in various interschool competitions and extra curricular activities.
Every years, we celebrate special days such as Sports Day and Annual Day for balancing learning with fun. It helps in development of their fitness and overall personality.
It is important that students get a break from studies every once in a while to engage in recreational activities. Both schools organise picnics so that children can step out of the classrooms and enjoy fun.
