Our staff is our strength. We look after their well-being, development and recreation just as much as they look after the Mandal’s day to day responsibilities. Chetna, our staff development programme brings all 85 of them together for an interactive and inspiring session every month where their grievances are addressed, solutions are discussed and suggestions contributing to their welfare are advised. Not only does this keep them updated and entertained, but also encourages a healthy exchange of new ideas for better functioning of the Mandal. Countless big initiatives were first conceived as an honest insight during one of these meetings.
